Let me defend the position that no one wants: the idea that an 11-question survey on vacation planning habits can truly serve as an informational context for the behavior of verifying identity documents is an abusive extrapolation.
It's an inversion of causality to think that a Google Forms questionnaire, even if well conducted, captures all the nuances of practical constraints.
The motivations for verifying documents are often much more concrete than simple habits; they are related to the administrative delays of GOV.UK or visa requirements.
For example, rushing to renew a passport before an urgent business trip is not vacation planning but a practical necessity in the face of strict rules.
