So, this story about a survey on document verification habits only gives us a scene, not the full scenario.
We see that some characters are organized, others not, but we do not understand their deep motivations.
For example, the 45-year-old woman who checks everything three months in advance may not just be organized; she may have missed a flight five years ago because of an expired passport, and this lived experience created a new rhythm.
A survey does not tell us this story, this personal turning point that changes everything.
Without knowing the internal conflict or the past story of the 25% who act at the last minute, we miss the heart of the explanation.
