Capital is finite, and relying on a simple survey of 78 responses to understand a nuanced behavior like verifying identity documents is rationalizing the truth.
Just because data is collected via Google Forms does not mean it explains the deep motivations behind why some verify their papers months in advance and others at the last minute.
The time resource is limited, and the attention given to these figures should reflect what they truly bring: a simple observation, not an explanation.
For example, in Japan, administrative rigor for passports is a constant, a procedure that takes precedence over vacation planning; it is not the survey that reveals the pressure.
Clear causes cannot be deduced without examining the real constraints or cultural incentives that dictate these behaviors.
