Let's strip away the hype: a Google Forms survey, even with 78 responses, proves nothing concrete about identity document verification habits; it is just a snapshot, not a universal truth that changes anything for the real world.
Claiming that 75% verify in advance without understanding the practical constraints or real incentives that drive people is a superficial observation.
For example, in Berlin, the fact that people verify their papers before a trip may simply reflect the habit of planning everything in advance, not an intrinsic efficiency of the survey.
This survey does not tell me how to reduce the 25% who do it last minute, nor what would change their behavior.
