We are told that a Google Forms survey of 78 responses "informs" our understanding of identity document verification, but what does it concretely change tomorrow? Without the real constraints and cash flows that people manage for their travel documents, it's just noise.
For example, knowing that 75% of people verify their documents in advance tells us nothing about the administrative delays at the prefecture or the unexpected costs for an express passport.
