That 21 billion euro valuation does seem like it's driving a lot of the talk, almost as if it's a solid fact that guarantees viability. My updated probability for the AI Act being fully viable for all companies, especially the smaller ones, is still pretty low, maybe around 30%. We’re probably seeing a slight increase in the likelihood of compliance issues for startups, maybe up to 70% from 60%, if they don't get some bespoke carve-outs in the next draft.
