Even so, one massive fundraising round doesn't automatically mean the entire AI Act framework is perfectly viable or suddenly more legitimate. We see this with management all the time; they announce a big win, and suddenly they expect us to ignore the real-world impact or the fine print, like when a company gets a huge contract and then tries to cut staff benefits. The Solsice debate should focus on the actual legal text and its effects, not just one company's balance sheet.
