That valuation reflects investor confidence, sure, but it's not the same as having clear regulatory approval or seeing how a law performs in practice. You still need to dig into the actual compliance rules and see if they can even be implemented on the ground, which is a different kind of information entirely. Just because a company gets funded doesn't mean the jurisdiction will let them operate without following every single step of the legal process.
