Does this Article 53 transparency mandate truly apply to all general-purpose AI, even if it's never used in a public way that impacts daily life or safety? Seems like a lot of paperwork if an AI model is only for internal research, for example, rather than something available to everyone. What's the point of strict copyright adherence for a tool that won't ever see the light of day outside of a company's lab?
