The 21 billion euro valuation of Mistral AI doesn't automatically dictate the regulatory viability of the AI Act, no matter how much attention it's getting.
If we hadn't already poured so much energy into this idea that big money equals big regulatory insight, would we re-enter the debate with this as our main argument?
