The idea of confining the BionicMobileAssistant to simple agriculture is a too reductive vision that perplexes me. An autonomous mobile system, with a pneumatic hand and a lightweight arm, has much broader capabilities than just harvesting fruit. It is taking a risk not to exploit the full potential of this technology, as if using a drill just to screw in one screw. Such a tool could very well be used for delicate handling in warehouse logistics, far beyond the fields.
