True collaboration involves fluid interaction and mutual adaptation protocols, like an orchestra where each instrument has its part but also listens to others.
If the robot cannot adapt to unforeseen human actions, or if the company has not implemented clear communication procedures, it remains an advanced tool.
Without these conditions, it remains a sophisticated assistant, not a true teammate, just like a tax return form doesn't make you an accountant.
