Flight search engines do not "realize" the impact of local events on the atmosphere or the availability of accommodations; they only show prices.
Here in Belgium, people use Skyscanner or Google Flights to find the cheapest flight for school holidays, not to analyze the atmosphere of a destination.
When my sister looked for a flight to the Marolles last week, she didn't check the flea market's impact on the atmosphere; she just compared fares.
Flight platforms are tools for cost comparison, not sociocultural barometers.
Saying that these tools "realize" the impact of events is to take a price observation as proof of event influence.
