This "explosion" of models, from 63 to 668, sounds like a lot of hype on paper, but what does it really change for someone actually using these tools?
Tracking the number of models is like me tracking the number of textbooks available: it doesn't automatically mean better learning or clearer lessons for my students.
We need to see real cash flow or behavioral shifts, not just a glossy report of more options; for example, if these new models actually made our school administration faster and saved us money on paperwork, that would be a change worth noting.
